My version does not have capitals. Help!
Old news. Decoracha finally includes capital letters and, with positional alternates available, you can definitely go nuts. Make sure you’ve successfully installed the updated version and go capital.
I lost my font file. What can I do?
No need to panic. Log into your account, click the menu on the top right of the page and select Downloads. The download option will be brightly standing in front of you. Click and redeem your font files in no time. Simple as that.
The font does not appear in my computer fonts. Any ideas?
Some users have actually encountered this problem in the past and it was commonly solved as soon as they deleted and reinstalled the font. Give it a try!
